Sub: Intimation of Board Meeting and closure of Trading Window.
Notice is hereby given to you pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 7th November, 2017 inter-alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for second quarter (Q2) and half year (H1) ended 30th September, 2017.
Further, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 28th October, 2017 till 9th November, 2017 (both days inclusive) in view of the Board Meeting pursuant to the Company's Code under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015.
