| Exchange Disseminated Time | Hitech Plast Ltd has informed BSE that the Circular issued by the Stock Exchanges regarding the Trading Window disclosure by the Companies and as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors, Designated Employees and others covered under the Code, from July 22, 2015 till the declaration of Financial Results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2015 and 48 hours thereafter.
Further, the same has been informed to the Directors, Persons belonging to the Promoter Group, Designated Employees and Other Connected Person of the Company. |
