| Exchange Disseminated Time | Tumus Electric Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 29, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited financial results along with Limited Review Report by the Statutory Auditor of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2015.
Further, in accordance with Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all directors, officers and designated employees of the Company from January 20, 2016 and would open 48 hours after the announcement of financial results to the public. |
