1. Noted Resignation of Mr. Anurag Bhagania, as the Chief Financial Officer (KMP) of the Company to be effective June 26, 2016. He will be moving to a new role within Honeywell as India Finance Leader.
2. Appointed Mr. R. Ravichandran, as the as the Chief Financial Officer (KMP) of the Company effective June 27, 2016.
