Now, the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on August 12, 2014 and the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 07, 2014 to August 12, 2014 (Both days inclusive) for the purpose of Dividend & Annual General Meeting of the Company. |
