As per the requirement of Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and the Companies (Management & Administration) Rules, 2014, the company is providing physical ballot and e-voting facility to its shareholders from Friday , the 9th day of February, 2018 (09:00 A.M.) to Saturday, the 10th day of March, 2018 (05:00 P.M.).
For the purpose of sending Postal Ballot Notices and determining eligibility to vote by e-voting or by physical ballot, the cut-off date has been taken as Friday, the 02nd Day of February, 2018.
Further, the Record date is taken as Friday, the 02nd Day of February, 2018.
