| Exchange Disseminated Time | The Ramco Cements Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 09, 2016, inter alia to consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015 (Q3).
Further, as per the "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed for the Company's Directors and other designated persons (including their immediate relatives) from February 03, 2016 to February 11, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of approval of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015. |
