| Exchange Disseminated Time | Panchmahal Steel Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 26, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:
1. The Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2015; &
2. The Code of Practices & Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information and the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders under the (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
Further as per the Company's Code of conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors and Designated Employees of the Company from May 20, 2015 to May 28, 2015 (both days inclusive). |
