| Exchange Disseminated Time 30/01/2017 12:42:46 | Fiberweb India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 30, 2017, has transacted the following:
1. The Board of Directors of the Company has considered and take on record the Reports of Audit Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee, Sexual Harassment Committee, Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Risk Management Committee.
2. The Board of Directors of the Company has considered and ratify the Secretarial Audit Report in regard to reconciliation of total admitted capital with both (NSDL-CDSL) depositories and the total issued/listed capital for the period of October-December 2016. Also the Board of Directors of the Company has considered the investors request/complaints report for the quarter ended December 31, 2016 and there is no change in Company Secretary.
3. The Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Mr. Vijay M. Satkalmi as an additional Director. |
