2. Re-appointment of MR. C G Patankar, as Executive Director for the further period of five years from April 01, 2009 to March 31, 2014.
3. Completion of term of Mr. Suresh Pandey, as Wholetime Director (Technical) of the Company on January 31, 2009.
4. Resignation of Mr. Suresh Pandey, as a Director of the Company w.e.f. January 31, 2009. |
