1. To take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2017.
2. To consider recommendation of final dividend, if any, for the year 2016-17.
3. Fixing the book closure date under Regulation 42 for the 63rd Annual General Meeting/Final Dividend
Further, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the company will be closed for Promoters, Directors, Officers and Designated Employees of the Company from May 18, 2017 to May 28, 2017 (both days inclusive) pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. |
