1. To consider, adopt and take on record the quarterly unaudited results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2013.
2. To consider issuing first reminder notice to all shareholders of the Company who have defaulted in payment of allotment money @ Rs. 2.5/- per share (including premium of Rs. 1.75/- per share) and to give them an opportunity for payment of unpaid allotment money. |
