    Enclosed please find the unaudited financial results for the quarter and six months ended 30th September, 2017 which was approved and taken on record by the board of directors at its meeting held today. The said results were reviewed by the audit committee of directors at its Meeting held on 25th October, 2017 prior to the board meeting.
