| Exchange Disseminated Time | Krishna Filaments Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company will consider to approve by way of Postal Ballot the Ordinary Resolution relating for sale, transfer or otherwise dispose of a Company’s Undertaking comprising of Factory Shed and Plant & Machinery, situated at Boisar, for a consideration of not less than Rs 35 crores (Rupees Thirty Five Crores) and in such manner as the Board may deem fit, subject to necessary provision & approvals.
The Board of Directors has appointed Mr. P C Shah, Practicing Company Secretary as the Scrutinizer for conducting the Postal Ballot process in a fair and transparent manner.
The Postal Ballot form duly completed should reach the scrutinizer before the closing of working hours on December 26, 2008. The scrutinizer will submit his report to the Chairman after completion of the scrutiny and the results of the postal ballot will be announced on December 30, 2008. |
