| Exchange Received Time 06/05/2017 10:44:38 Exchange Disseminated Time 06/05/2017 10:44:40 Time Taken 00:00:02 | | This is to inform the Exchange that : In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Sub-Section (3) of Section 9 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970/1980, read with sub-clause (1) of clause 3, clause 6 and sub-clause(1) of clause 8 of the Nationalized Banks (Management and Miscellaneous Provisions) Scheme, 1970/1980, the Central Government has appointed Shri Dinabandhu Mohapatra, Executive Director, Canara Bank as MD & CEO in Bank of India w.e.f the date of his taking over charge of the post and till 30.06.2019 ie., the date of his superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier, vide notification F.No. 4/4(4)2017-BO.I dated 05.05.2017. Accordingly, Shri Dinabandhu Mohapatra, Executive Director got relieved from Canara Bank on 05.05.2017. This is for your information. |
