Extra-ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on Thursday, August 24, 2017 have been declared by the Company on August 25, 2017. All the resolutions have been duly passed by requisite majority by the Members of the Company.
In this connection, we are enclosing herewith a copy of the results declared by the Company along with a copy of the Consolidated Report dated August 25, 2017 issued by the Scrutinizer in respect of remote e-voting and voting by poll at the aforesaid EGM.
We are also enclosing herewith the details of voting results pursuant to Regulation 44 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 in the prescribed format.
