| Exchange Disseminated Time 20/10/2015 17:21:27 | Gulf Oil Lubricants India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 31, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2015.
Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed for all Directors, Officers and Designated Employees as defined in the Code from 4 p.m. on October 20, 2015 and will end 48 hours after the quarterly financial results are made public on October 31, 2015. |
