1. Not recommended any Dividend on Equity Shares for the year 2015-2016 and Interim Dividend of Rs. 1/- per share declared by the Company on March 11, 2016 be considered as Final Dividend for the financial year 2015-2016..
2. Re-appointment of and payment of remuneration of Mr. Krishna Kumar Karwa as Managing Director & CFO and Mr. Prakash Kacholia as Managing Director for a further period of three years w.e.f. October 01, 2016 subject to Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting and subject to approval of the Central Government, if required. |
