1. Resignation of Dr.Anil Arora as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with effect from November 04, 2017.
2. Appointed Mr. B. B. Mehta as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company with effect from November 04, 2017.
3. Appointed Mr. B. B. Mehta , as Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company in terms of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel), Rules, 2014 w.e.f. November 04, 2017.
