| Exchange Disseminated Time | Hathway Bhawani Cabletel & Datacom Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is proposed to be held on May 26, 2014, to consider and approve inter alia the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2014; and
In terms of Code of Conduct of the Company for Prevention of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain close for declaration of audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2014 for all Designated Employees (Including Directors) from May 19, 2014 and shall remain closed upto May 27, 2014. Accordingly all the Designated Employees (Including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. |
