Accordingly, a company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and having its registered office at Bajaj Bhawan, Jamnalal Bajaj Marg, 226, Nariman Point, Mumbai, Maharashtra - 400021. Please note that the aforesaid companies have become the wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) of the Company. Details of aforesaid acquisition are enclosed hereto as Annexure A & B. |
