That means the trading window would remain closed from April 01, 2014 onwards till May 30, 2014 (both days inclusive) for designated employees and Insiders as per the Regulation 3.2.1 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, and any further changes to the same shall be duly intimated. |
