1. To consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results for the first quarter ended on June 30, 2016.
2. To consider and approve Director's Report and Management Discussion and Analysis Report for the FY. 2015-16
3. To fix date, place and time of 32nd Annual general Meeting of the Company and to finalise book closure period for Annual General Meeting.
Further, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, the "Trading Window" for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from August 05, 2016 to August 15, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
