1. Recommendation of declaring the final dividend of 5% per equity share of INR 5/- each.
2. To grant ESOPS to the eligible employees as approved by the board.
3. To accept the Resignation of Mr Manoj Shah as Whole time Director of the Company w.e.f. August 28, 2012 owing to his extensive commitment to Allied Digital Services, LLC and his permanent status in USA. However he will be on the Board of Allied Digital Services Ltd USA's subsidiary. |
