| Exchange Disseminated Time | Sarthak Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 02, 2006, has appointed Mr. Vijay Agrawal, Accounts Executive of the Company, as the Chief Financial Officer w.e.f. January 01, 2006.
Further the Company has informed that at the aforesaid Board Meeting the Board have also decided to convene an Extra Ordinary General Meeting on February 10, 2006, for approval of amendment in Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company by way of postal ballot process. |
