| Exchange Disseminated Time 19/05/2016 13:47:49 | Halder Venture Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2016, inter alia:
1. To approve the standalone and consolidated audited financial results for the quarter ended and year ended on March 31, 2016.
2. To consider and approve the delisting of the equity shares of the company from the Calcutta Stock Exchange Ltd.
Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain close from May 20, 2016 till 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results of the Company to the Stock Exchange. Accordingly, all the Insiders (including Directors and designated employees as per Company’s Insider Code) and their immediate relatives are being intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of the Trading Window. |
