| Exchange Disseminated Time | Diamond Power Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 13, 2012, inter alia, has approved the following;
1. Board recommended the re-appointment of Shri S. N. Bhatnagar (Executive Chairman), Shri. Amit Bhatnagar (Managing Director) and Shri. Sumit Bhatnagar (Jt. Managing Director) subject to the approval of the Company in general Meeting and Central Government, if required.
2. Consideration and recommendation of Dividend at the rate of 40% i.e. Rs. 4 per Equity share of Rs. 10 each for the financial year 2011-12. |
