In this connection, as per Company’s Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window’ for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors / Officers / designated employees of the company from November 04, 2014 to November 13, 2014 (both days inclusive).
