| Exchange Disseminated Time 03/11/2016 15:50:45 | With reference to the earlier letter dated November 02, 2016, Alps Industries Ltd has now informed BSE that due to some unavoidable reasons the meeting of Board of Director has been rescheduled, the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2016 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and period ended on September 30, 2016 along with other matters incidental thereto, Subjected to the Limited Review Report by the statutory Auditors of the Company.
In view of the above the Trading Window for dealing in the Company’s scrip by the directors, designated employees and other concerned persons of the Company will remain closed from November 07, 2016 till the end of 48 hours of the news paper publication of the Unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter and period ended on September 30, 2016. It is in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 and in terms of Code of Conduct of the Company. |
