| Exchange Disseminated Time | Zenith Birla (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 14, 2015, inter alia, to approve un- audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended June 30, 2015.
Further, Pursuant to Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement and other applicable provisions under the Code of internal Procedures & Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insider adopted by the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 for declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015, the trading window shall remain closed from August 09, 2015 to August 16, 2015 (both days inclusive). The trading window shall open on August 17, 2015. |
