Further, the Trading Window shall remain closed from February 06, 2015 to February 17, 2015 (both days inclusive), in connection with consideration of Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended December 31, 2014 as per the Code of Conduct of the Company under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992. |
