Parekh Convention Centre, Ahmedabad Management Association, AMA Complex, ATIRA, Dr. Vikram Sarabhai Marg, Ahmedabad, they wish to state that:

The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books shall remain closed not only for the purpose of Annual General Meeting but also for the purpose of Dividend.
Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 23rd September, 2017 till Friday, 29th September, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of both Annual General Meeting and Dividend (earlier mentioned as only Annual General Meeting).
Book Closure dates remain unchanged, only the purpose has been modified by including Dividend payment in addition to Annual General Meeting.

Further, as informed earlier, the Cut-Off date i.e. Record Date for determining the shareholders eligible for Dividend and Cut-Off date for determining the entitlement of members for the purpose of e-voting shall be same i.e. Friday, 22nd September, 2017 (this is only for information of all concerned, there is no change in date as informed earlier). |
