JHS Svendgaard Laboratories Ltd has now informed BSE that the said Board Meeting has been re-scheduled to be held on Tuesday, August 02, 2016 at the corporate office of the Company at B-1/E-23, Mohan Co-Operative Industrial Area, Mathura Road, New Delhi - 110 044 at 12:00 P.M.
Further, in accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Prevention of Insider Trading Rules, 2015 adopted by the Company and Section 195 of Companies Act, 2013, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company will continue to remain closed from the close of business hour on July 22, 2016 to the close of business hour on August 04, 2016, on account of Board meeting of the Company to be convened on August 02, 2016. The Trading Window will re-open on August 05, 2016. |
