| Exchange Disseminated Time 13/10/2017 10:28:54 | Larsen & Toubro Infotech Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 06, 2017, inter alia, to consider the following matters:
1. To approve and take on record the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2017 (Q2), along with the Limited Review Reports of the Statutory Auditors thereon.
2. To consider and declare an Interim Dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company.
Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Company's internal Code for Prohibition of Insider Trading ('Code'), the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed for the Directors, Key Management Personnel and the Designated Persons of the Company defined under the Code from October 30, 2017 to November 08, 2017 (both days inclusive). |
