| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Marathwada Refractories Ltd has informed BSE that The Company Law Board, Mumbai Bench vide its order dated October 21, 2011 has confirmed the special resolution passed by the shareholders of the Company for alternation of Clause II of the Memorandum of Association of the Company for shifting Registered Office of the Company from the State of Maharashtra to the State of Karnataka on June 21, 2011 by postal ballot process. Pursuant to the above, the Board of Directors of the Company, has decided to shift the Registered Office of the Company to #41, Vittal Mallya Road, Bangalore with effect from October 28, 2011. |
