| Exchange Disseminated Time 19/07/2016 15:14:10 | Future Lifestyle Fashions Ltd has informed BSE that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company vide its circular resolution dated July 19, 2016, has allotted 12,278 Equity Shares of Rs.2 each to the eligible employees upon exercising of vested Options under the FLFL Employee Stock Option Scheme 2013 (FLFL ESOS - 2013) of the Company.
Post allotment, the Equity Paid-up Capital of the Company stands increased from Rs.37,96,24,826/- divided into 18,98,12,413 (Eighteen Crore Ninety Eight Lakh Twelve Thousand Four Hundred and Thirteen) Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each to Rs. 37,96,49,382/- divided into 18,98,24,691 (Eighteen Crore Ninety Eight Lakh Twenty Four Thousand Six Hundred and Ninety One) Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each. |
