Further, August 14, 2014 will be the Cut-off date [Record date for the purpose of Rule 20 (3) (vii) of the Companies (Management & Administration) Rules] for determining voting rights of members, entitled to participate in the voting process with respect to business to be transacted at the 30th Annual General Meeting of the Company, which is scheduled to be held on September 23, 2014. |
