1. Approve Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended March 31, 2009 and Audited results for the year ended March 31, 2009.
2. Approve the Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2009 and Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date, alongwith the report of directors to the members thereon.
3. Recommend dividend on equity/preference shares for the year ended on March 31, 2009. |
