| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier announcement dated December 12, 2014 regarding Notice of Offer for Sale of Shares by Promoter, Kingfa Sci. & Tech. Co., Ltd. (the "Seller"), the promoter and holding Company of Hydro S&S Industries Limited (the "Company") has now informed BSE that in the said notice under point no 11 in the last line it was inadvertently mentioned that ‘There is no discount being offered to the Retail Investors’. The same shall stand deleted. All other points in the notice shall remain the same.
