1. declared and approved the payment of interim dividend of Rs. 2/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each [20% on the paid up capital of the Company] for the financial year 2015-16.
2. appointed Mr. K. V. Suresh Reddy as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from June 15, 2016.
3. appointed Mr. Vijayakrishna K. T., Practising Company Secretary as Secretarial Auditor of the Company to conduct Secretarial Audit for the year ending June 30, 2016. |
