| Exchange Disseminated Time | At the Extraordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of United Phosphorus Ltd held on May 02, 2003 the scheme of arrangement between the company & Search Chem Industries Ltd was approved unanimously by the equity shareholders, preference shareholders, secured & unsecured creditors.
Also the special resolution regarding the reduction in the Share Premium Account, Capital Reduction Reserve Account, Equity Capital & Preference Share Capital was passed unanimously by the members present at the meeting. |
