| Exchange Disseminated Time | The Exchange has sought clarification from Jyoti Ltd with respect to Public Notice issued by the company in the Economic Times on February 26, 2015 which inter-alia stated "Members of Jyoti Ltd, Vadodara are informed that the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat made an Order dated February 19, 2015 in Appeal from Order NO.548/2015, directing the company to supply List of Members to Sh. Bharat Patel & Ors. followed by the Directions permitting convening of Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the members of the Company.
The Company and two others filed Special Leave Petition bearing no. S.L.P. ( C) No. 6513-14 / 2015 before the Hon'ble Supreme Court challenging the aforementioned Order on diverse grounds. The said SLP was listed for urgent hearing for interim orders before the Hon'ble Supreme court on February 25, 2015.
The Hon'ble Bench of Hon'ble Mr. Justice Jasti Chelameswar and Hon'ble Mr. Justice R. F. Nariman heard the matter and have posted it on March 16, 2015 for further hearing."
The Company has been requested to clarify as to why the passing of the said Order by the Hon'ble Court was not intimated to the Exchange under the provisions of Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement.
