| Exchange Disseminated Time | Canara Bank has informed BSE that as per the powers delegated by the Board of the bank, the Bond Committee, during the course of its meeting held on February 02, 2015, decided to raise Additional Tier- I instruments amounting to Rs. 1500 Crore through issue of BASEL-III complaint Additional Tier-I Perpetual Bonds by way of Private Placement.
The Bank is, now coming out with the issuance of Additional Tier-I Perpetual Bonds for Rs. 1500 Crore to augment capital resources . The details are as under :
1. Issue opening date :16.02.2015
2. Issue Closing date : 05.03.2015
3. Coupon :9.55% p.a.
4. Arrangers : A K Capital Services Limited , Axis Bank, Darashaw & Co, ICICI Bank, ICICI Securities Primary Dealership Limited, Trust Investment Advisors Pvt Ltd. |
