| Exchange Disseminated Time | MSP Steel & Power Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 30, 2015, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Consolidated and Standalone Financial Results of the Company for fourth quarter / financial year ended March 31, 2015.
Further, pursuant to Company's Code for Prevention of Insider Trading the Trading Window is closed from May 19, 2015 to June 01, 2015 (both days inclusive). The Trading Window shall re-open 48 hours after the financial results are submitted to the Stock exchange. |
