| Exchange Disseminated Time | Panchmahal Steel Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 26, 2014 to September 30, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 30, 2014.
Further, in terms of Clause 35B of the Listing Agreement, which provides to extend e-Voting facility to the Shareholders as specified in the Companies (Management & Administration) Rules, 2014, the Company has fixed August 22, 2014 as a Cut-off date to record the entitlement of the Shareholders to cast their votes electronically at the 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled to be held on September 30, 2014. |
