| Exchange Disseminated Time | | BAG Films & Media Ltd has informed BSE that the Board has taken note of the forfeiture of 10% Upfront money received on allotment of 10,000,000 warrants issued to Anu Films and Communications Pvt Ltd, a promoter group Company vide Extra Ordinary General Meeting dated October 24, 2007 and allotted dated December 03, 2007. The said warrants have lapsed as the allottee failed to exercise its right to convert the warrants into equity shares within the stipulated time limit of 18 months i.e. June 02, 2009. |
