| Exchange Disseminated Time | GTL Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 05, 2015, inter alia, to consider Unaudited Financial Results on standalone basis for the Quarter ended December 31, 2014 (Q3).
Further, in compliance with Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement and in terms of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and the Company’s internal code of conduct for prevention of insider trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for Directors / Officers and designated employees of the Company from January 28, 2015 till February 06, 2015 (both days inclusive). |
