| Exchange Disseminated Time | Amrutanjan Health Care Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company will consider to approve by way of Postal Ballot the Ordinary Resolutions relating to the re-appointment of Mr. S. Sambhu Prasad as Managing Director of the Company, not liable to retire by rotation for a period of five years commencing from April 01, 2009 to March 31, 2014, on necessary terms & conditions.
The Board of Directors has appointed Mr. V. Suresh, Practising Company Secretary as the Scrutinizer for conducting the Postal Ballot process in a fair and transparent manner.
The Postal Ballot form duly completed should reach the scrutinizer on or before November 28, 2009. The scrutinizer will submit his report to the Chairman of the Company after completion of the scrutiny and the results of the postal ballot will be declared on December 02, 2009. |
