| Exchange Disseminated Time | Ravalgaon Sugar Farm Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 09, 2012, has approved the extension of the Financial Year 2011-2012 ending on March 31, 2012 by a period of 6 months i.e. upto September 30, 2012 pursuant to section 210(4) of the Companies Act, 1956.
Further the Company has informed that the Registrar of Companies (ROC), Mumbai, Maharashtra having granted requisite approvals vide their letter dated May 23, 2012, the Company will now have extended accounting year from April 01, 2011 to September 30, 2012.
Therefore, the accounting year of the Company will be from October to September of subsequent year. |
