Further, with reference to the above meeting of the Board of Directors, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Insiders, as defined under die SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 shall remain closed from October 30, 2014 to November 07, 2014 instead of October 28, 2014 to November 05, 2014 as informed earlier. |
